The box shape of most goods can have a variety of configurations, and it is always possible to find one of the most suitable box shape for loading containers. We can follow this principle to think and find, it is not difficult to achieve the purpose: 1) whether the packing rate of the goods can be changed, the number of packing is different, the shape of the size must be different; 2) Whether the arrangement of the goods can be changed, the arrangement is different, the overall size will be different; 3) Whether the opening direction of the packing box can be changed, the opening direction is different, and the outline size is necessarily different (the opening direction packaging size is larger than other directions).

3, the establishment of standard boxes and databases for the design of packaging boxes In order to more convenient to find out the size of the container, according to the different specifications of various containers, respectively prepared different standard box specifications, and usually a variety of high utilization rate, loading more successful box assembly, the establishment of a database for measurement, determine the size of the box reference. Try to use standard boxes or boxes with high utilization rate, which can improve the design speed. As long as we continue to accumulate data and experience, the design of packaging boxes will be done faster and better.
